The battery will not charge correctly on the charger (Charger doesn’t work and shines the cold/ heat battery indicator)

Try this solution

Reinsert the battery pack

(Only for BA2240T) Cool down or warm up the battery pack. Charging will begin when battery pack returns to the normal temperature.

Possible cause: The battery pack is too hot /cold during charging.
