Motor does not start

Try this solution

Check the battery by doing the following

  1. Make sure to attach the battery pack to the chainsaw.

  2. Remove battery, check contacts and reinstall the battery pack.

  3. Check if the battery pack is charged.

Possible cause:

  • The battery pack is not attached to the chainsaw.

  • There is no electrical contact between the saw and battery.

  • The battery pack is depleted
