ADJUSTING AND CHANGING THE NOZZLES

WARNING: To prevent serious personal injury, remove the battery pack before adjusting or changing nozzles.

The sprayer comes with four nozzles:

• Adjustable nozzle

• Fan nozzle

• Shower nozzle

• Foaming nozzle

Change the nozzle before you start working to suit the task at hand.

Nozzle Descriptions:

Adjustable nozzle (Fig. G1):

• Spot spraying flower beds, walkways, driveways, patios, and around trees and shrubs.

• Edging along fences, driveways, and walkways.

• Killing brush.

Fan nozzle (Fig. G3):

• Flat spray for very broad coverage and higher viscosity liquids.

• Preparing large areas for planting.

Shower nozzle (Fig. G3):

• Puts out higher flow of water for watering and treating plants.

Foaming nozzle (Fig. G3):

• Visibly marks treated weeds.

• Spot spraying weeds in lawn, around flower beds, trees, and shrubs.

• Edging along fences, driveways, and walkways.

Adjusting the Adjustable Nozzle:

1. Turn the knurled (textured) part of the nozzle counterclockwise for a stream.

2. Turn the knurled (textured) part of the nozzle clockwise for spray.

Unscrew the whole nozzle counterclockwise to remove and change the nozzle (Fig. G2).

Possible cause: The nozzle is loose or incorrectly installed.
