Move the lock-off lever forward and then press the variable speed trigger to turn on the power head.
Different pressure on the trigger results in variable rotating speed of the power head.
More pressure = Higher speed.
Release the trigger.
The motor starts only when the lock-off lever is moved forward and the variable speed trigger is depressed at the same time.
The power head features two speed modes:
Low speed mode: Provides better control of the tool and longer operating time per charge.
Press the High/Low-Speed Switch to change cutting speed between low and high.
The speed indicator displays the active speed:
One light = Low speed
Two lights = High speed
Press the High/Low-Speed Switch to choose the suitable speed during operation.
