The LCD screen fails to be illuminated with all icons on

Try this solution

Insert the safety key, then fully depress the parking-brake pedal and press the start/stop button for sufficient time simultaneously to turn on the LCD screen

Possible cause: When the safety key icon flashes on the LCD screen, the safety key is not inserted.
