Try this solution
In order to start this mower, EGO batteries totaling 15 Ah (2 X BA4200T) or more are required
For best performance, we recommend use of batteries that total 30 Ah or more.
Possible cause: The combined Ah of the inserted batteries is less than 15 Ah.
