Try this solution
If the combined battery Ah rating is less than 15 Ah, the mower will not work until more battery packs are inserted into the vacant battery compartments
Fault Code on LCD: N/A
Mower Status Indicator: N/A
Beeper: No
Possible cause: The battery pack in the corresponding numbered battery compartment is overheated.
